Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who have released a Christmas greeting every year since their 2018 wedding, changed things up this time around. Instead of sticking to a single photo, the couple opted for a two part holiday release that included both video and imagery.
The first element was a festive video posted on the Archewell website. It featured a montage of moments from the past year, highlighting the couple’s charitable and humanitarian work. In the photo, Prince Harry is seen looking down at Archie, who has his arms wrapped around his father. Meghan stands just behind them with Lilibet, the pair leaning in so their foreheads touch. The image was widely described as intimate and tender, offering a rare glimpse of the family together in a natural setting.
Meghan captioned the photo simply. “Happy Holidays! From our family to yours.”
While many fans praised the photo for its warmth, others quickly zoomed in on a curious detail near Prince Harry’s head. Some viewers claimed there appeared to be a faint smudge above his hairline, along with what looked like a missing section at the back of his head.

The observation quickly spread across social media, particularly on Reddit, where users debated whether the image had been subtly edited.
