According to expert Traci Brown, the interaction between the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in the video suggests more is going on beneath the surface than viewers might initially notice.

Inside the Viral Dance Clip

The black-and-white video, shared over the weekend by the 44-year-old former actress on social media, shows the couple dancing barefoot across the perfectly groomed lawn of their multi-million-dollar Montecito home.

In one moment, Prince Harry places his hand on Meghan’s waist before playfully grabbing her backside. Meghan claimed the footage was filmed by their four-year-old daughter, Princess Lilibet.

“When 2026 feels just like 2016….you had to be there. Cred: our daughter,” the Duchess of Sussex wrote alongside the post.

Expert Claims Harry Appears Less Engaged

After closely reviewing the clip, Brown said the 41-year-old prince appears “not as excited or engaged” as his wife.

“To start, they’re on really different pages. He’s (Harry’s) looking away as she moves towards him, very excited, with her hands in the air,” Brown told RadarOnline.

She added: “You can tell how excited someone is by how high their hands are. And this is as excited as you can get.”

Brown noted that while Harry does eventually reach for Meghan, his movement lacks the same enthusiasm, and his feet remain largely planted.

Growing Closer as the Dance Continues

According to Brown, Harry seems to warm up as the routine progresses — a dance the couple are said to have performed at their 2018 wedding.

When Harry pulls Meghan in with “no daylight” between them, Brown said it shows “they are close.”

However, she also pointed to what she described as a “notable jump cut” in the footage, raising the possibility that the video had been edited.

“There is a cut in the video, so something went wrong in there that they don’t want us to see,” Brown said.

Questions Over Who Filmed the Video

The analyst also cast doubt on Meghan’s claim that their young daughter filmed the clip, noting how steady and well-framed the footage appears.

Brown suggested the only way Lilibet could have recorded the video would be if the couple placed her “behind the camera on a gimbal that was set to follow them.”

Either way, Brown said Lilibet certainly “wasn’t in charge.”

Online Skepticism and Support

That skepticism has been echoed by social media users, with many questioning the idea that a four-year-old could film such a polished clip.

“Lol my son who i think is of similar age to Lilibet would have probably recorded the grass only. No way would he hold a camera this still,” one Reddit user wrote.

“Impressive job for a 4-year-old, very cute,” another commented.

A third added sarcastically: “Looks extremely organic and not at all planned… If this was genuine we’d be looking at a weird angle and the kid would have dropped the phone to go chase a butterfly half way through.”

“No issue with her putting the post up, it’s just the lie about its source which is weird.”

Others came to Meghan’s defence.

“Just an FYI my small kids can record videos like this because the cameras are easy to use,” one user wrote.

Another added: “Kids these days are built different.”
