On Friday (30 January), more than three million documents connected to the late Jeffrey Epstein and his horrific crimes were made public. The files include photographs and email exchanges involving numerous celebrities and powerful figures.

Epstein, a convicted paedophile who died by suicide in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges, maintained correspondence with many well-known individuals. However, it is important to stress that appearing in the documents does not, in itself, imply wrongdoing.

Andrew and Ferguson Named in the Files

Throughout the newly released material, the disgraced former Duke of York, Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, are both mentioned at various points.

Andrew has faced long-standing scrutiny over his relationship with Epstein, and his name reportedly appears hundreds of times in the latest document dump. The release also includes a photograph showing Andrew crouched on all fours over an unidentified woman.

Some of the correspondence allegedly references Andrew and Ferguson’s two daughters, Princess Beatrice, 37, and Princess Eugenie, 35.

Alleged Comment About Princess Eugenie

According to reports, the former Duchess of York, now 66, responded to a question from Epstein with a deeply unsettling remark involving Princess Eugenie.

In an email from March 2010 reviewed by PEOPLE Magazine, Epstein is said to have asked Ferguson about potentially traveling to New York.

Her alleged reply read: “Not sure yet. Just waiting for Eugenie to come back from a sh*gging weekend!!”

At the time, Eugenie was 19 years old and spending time with her then-boyfriend, Jack Brooksbank, as she approached her 20th birthday, according to The Mirror.

The exchange reportedly occurred after Epstein had already been convicted and jailed for a sex offense involving a minor.

In June 2008, Epstein pleaded guilty to charges of solicitation of prostitution and solicitation of prostitution with a minor under the age of 18.

He was sentenced to 18 months in a minimum-security prison and was released in 2009.

Further Emails Reveal Warm Language

As reported by the BBC, another email exchange from 2009 allegedly shows Ferguson writing warmly to Epstein following a lunch meeting.

“In just one week, after your lunch, it seems the energy has lifted,” she wrote.

“I have never been more touched by a friends [sic] kindness than your compliment to me infront of my girls. Thank you Jeffrey for being the brother I have always wished for.”

The following year, another message allegedly read: “You are a legend. I really don’t have the words to describe, my love, gratitude for your generosity and kindness.”

“Xx I am at your service . Just marry me.”

The latest batch of Epstein files was released six weeks after the US Department of Justice missed a legal deadline approved by President Donald Trump, which required all Epstein-related documents to be made public by mid-December.
