Andrew Mountbatten Windsor has reportedly been listed among a group of “prominent names” in an FBI presentation connected to the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking network.

Last week, the US Department of Justice released more than three million files linked to Epstein and his crimes. Among the material were images said to show Andrew kneeling on all fours over an unidentified female. The context of the images, including when or where they were taken, remains unclear.

Andrew has consistently denied any wrongdoing in relation to Epstein. Being named or appearing in the released files does not in itself indicate criminal behaviour.

According to ITV, newly surfaced documents reveal that Andrew was included in an FBI presentation prepared as part of the Epstein investigation. The presentation reportedly outlined key elements of the case, including timelines, search warrants, and financial information.

It also allegedly featured a list of high profile individuals with connections to Epstein and his convicted associate Ghislaine Maxwell. A specific subheading naming Prince Andrew appeared in the material. Claims referenced in the presentation are said to be unverified.

Ongoing scrutiny and renewed allegations

Andrew’s association with Epstein has been under public scrutiny for years, but attention has intensified following the release of the latest files. In 2025, he was stripped of his remaining royal titles and honours.

Following the publication of the documents, a second woman reportedly came forward with new allegations. The woman, who is not British and was in her twenties at the time, claimed she was sent to the United Kingdom by Epstein for a sexual encounter with Andrew. The alleged incident is said to have taken place at Royal Lodge in 2010.

Thames Valley Police has confirmed it is currently assessing the claims. Representatives for Andrew have been contacted for comment.

Andrew’s response and previous denials

Andrew has repeatedly and firmly denied all allegations related to Epstein. He has previously stated that he did not see, witness, or suspect any behaviour that later led to Epstein’s arrest and conviction.

He has also denied allegations made by Virginia Giuffre, who claimed she was trafficked by Epstein and forced to have sex with Andrew when she was 17. Andrew has said he has no recollection of ever meeting Giuffre and has consistently rejected her claims.

At this stage, no charges have been brought against Andrew in relation to the newly released material.
