Standing on the stage, I raised a hand, signaling for silence. Before speaking, I let my gaze sweep across the room, finally resting on Dexter for a few seconds before retracting it.

Dexter smiled faintly. Despite his calm demeanor, I could tell he was eagerly anticipating my 'surprise.'

I pressed my lips into a small smile. "Ladies and gentlemen, I have an important announcement to make. Starting today, Mr. Dexter Keaton will be relieved of his position as acting president. The role will now be taken over by a professional manager I've invited from Germany, Mr. Baron Yanks."

I gestured toward the tall man who had arrived with me.
