Then turn off the heat under the pan and  add the baking soda. Once the effervescent effect starts, this will make the dirt come off easily. Then  you should scrub the pan with the sponge  and remove the remains of burnt food. Finally, if there are any remains, simply scrub with dry baking soda.

Baking soda has an astringent power that will help  remove grease and sticky food residue  that affects the surface of baking trays every time we use them. But even combined with lemon, it easily removes burnt residue.

Two tablespoons of baking soda and half a lemon  will be enough, but let’s see the steps to follow to clean a burnt pan with this remedy: First, you must  spread baking soda on the baking sheet. Then, with half a lemon you will have to  rub the entire surface  until the pan acquires its original shiny appearance. If the stains do not disappear completely, simply heat some vinegar and repeat the process.
