Nail fungus is a problem that affects many people and is very difficult to eradicate. To avoid the proliferation of nail fungus, it is important to keep the whole area dry, as humidity favors the appearance and development of this condition.
Most cases of nail fungus are caused by exposure to humid and hot environments. This condition can cause discoloration, peeling, and weakening of the nails. It appears more on the toenails than on the fingernails.
Below we suggest an effective natural treatment to eliminate nail fungus while avoiding chemicals. Together with the recipe, we also explain how and when to apply the remedy to have optimal results and in the shortest possible time.
You need: hydrogen peroxide, ethyl alcohol at 90° and white vinegar. Mix two equal parts hydrogen peroxide and alcohol in a glass container, then add a little white vinegar. The latter product prevents the alcohol from evaporating.
Wash the fungus area thoroughly, then dry thoroughly. Using a cotton swab, apply the remedy to your nails. Apply twice a day to get fungus out of your nails.
Remember to avoid walking barefoot in the pool, gym or shower. Wash your feet well and do not use very tight shoes, which can prevent proper ventilation of the feet.
