After Mother Forced Me To Give Up My Boyfriend To My SisterChapter 1

My name was Chelsea Glover. From a young age, I excelled in my studies and was obedient. My younger sister, on the other hand, was lazy and had no interest in learning.

Yet no matter how hard I tried, my parents always favored my sister and warned me to always accommodate her.

I graduated from college and brought my first boyfriend home to meet my parents.

My mother found an excuse to send me away and left my sister alone with my boyfriend, even suggesting that my sister seduced him.

When I questioned my mother, she shamelessly said.

"You have a good education and a good job. Just find another boyfriend.

"But Jane is different. She dropped out of school early, got involved with a scumbag, and got hurt. This is her only chance to marry into a good family.

"You're Jane's older sister. Shouldn't you humor her?"

——

After graduating, I got a job at a big company as a designer.

As I graduated from a famous university, I earned more than 2,000 dollars a month, and my sister, Jane Glover, who rarely contacted me, suddenly started to call me a lot.

"Chelsea, I'm short of money. Can you transfer me some?" Jane smiled on the other end of the line.

I heard the sound of glasses clinking from her end. I looked up at the clock and saw that it was 9:30 p.m.

She probably went out to drink with her friends again.

I frowned and asked, "Didn't you get a job recently? How come you're short of money?"

"I quit. The boss' wife was so annoying! She kept showing off her designer bag every day. I was bugged. That bitch!"

I sighed. Jane had already quit three jobs this year, and she had asked me for money several times.

She quit for various reasons, such as feeling exhausted from work or disliking the boss' wife.

I patiently advised her, "You should grow up. If you don't earn, you'll live off Mom and Dad..."

Jane impatiently interrupted me, "Cut the crap, Chelsea! I'm not living them off! It's not like I always ask them for money! Why is it so hard to ask for some money from you?"

I didn't know what to say.

She continued impatiently, "Are you going to give me the money or not? If not, I'll go ask Mom!"

Mom was already in her fifties and still worked as a cleaner and a dishwasher. She never said no to Jane, and I was sure she'd give Jane the money this time. And she'd blame me for turning Jane down.
