I rushed over with my eyes bloodshot and grabbed Ramona’s hair, refusing to let go. Ramona screamed like a pig being slaughtered. Frederick saw that something was wrong and rushed over to kick me over. I was in so much pain that I saw stars.
Ramona didn’t let me go either. She pulled me up by my hair and slapped me a dozen times.
I spit out a mouthful of blood.
My sister was anxiously making a hoarse sound on the hospital bed.
Ramona took two steps back with a look of disgust on her face, looking down at our miserable situation.
“You two bitches, you want to bring me down with your strength?”
I forced myself to get up and stared at her. “I will definitely sue you to death. If it doesn’t work once, I will sue you twice. If it doesn’t work twice, I will sue you three times! I don’t believe I can’t sue you to death!”
Ramona seemed to have heard some funny jokes and took out a few pieces of paper from her bag and threw them at my feet.
I picked it up and saw the words “Letter of Understanding” written on it and Frederick’s name was signed in the signature column.
I was so angry that I was shaking all over and I couldn’t control my tears anymore.
Ramona looked contemptuous and couldn’t help laughing.
“Even if Frederick didn’t sign the letter of understanding, do you think you can bring me down? My parents are famous wealthy businessmen in this city and my brother is a prosecutor. It’s as easy as crushing an ant to kill you.”
As she said that, she took another stack of cash from Frederick’s hand.
It was scattered in the sky like flowers from the sky and fell in every corner of the ward.
Some of them even fell on my sister’s face.
“Did you see it? After suing for a long time, I only got this little money, not even worth a pair of my shoes.”
Frederick came over, his tone was full of alms. “Belinda, you should know better. Take this money. Take your sister back to your hometown and never show up again. If you still make trouble like today, I can’t protect you.”
Making trouble? I was so angry that I almost fainted.
“Frederick, you are a conscienceless ungrateful person! How could my sister be so blind to choose you to marry! When you married my sister, you knelt in front of the graves of my parents and brother and promised that you would treat her well for the rest of your life and you treated her like this?! You are a beast!”
