After Keeping Summer Camp Funds, I Spent 20K ExtraChapter 1

The director of the summer camp regarded me as a core member and asked my boyfriend Ryan Foster to give me the management of all the activity funds.

I was reluctant at first, but my boyfriend said, "Rose Bennett, you are the most attentive, we all trust you!"

I looked at the $100,000 that was transferred into the "public treasury" and thought that this money was easy to manage but difficult to use.

None of the campers understood human language.

Later, my boyfriend’s childhood sweetheart, Scarlett Vance, specifically asked me to take out $100,000 for an “upgrade activity.”

"Rose, pay this money and I'll buy you some gifts with the rest!"

I shook my head helplessly.

"I told you I didn't save any money!" Scarlett flew into a rage, pointing at my nose and scolding me.

"All the funds are with you, and we don't have any big expenses, so how can we be out of money?!"

She wants to check the accounts and call the police.

I don't spoil her.

"Check it out! I can't manage this crappy summer camp anymore!" He pulled out the slush fund bill.

Everyone except Scarlett was dumbfounded.

At the summer camp's finance meeting, Scarlett cleared her throat and slammed a fancy-printed plan on the table.

"In order to enhance everyone's experience this time, I propose to hold a starry sky camping music festival."

Her hands, with their shiny nail polish, were pointing straight at me.

"Rose, please take out the $100,000 event fund."

I looked at her calmly.

"Only three hundred and nineteen and two dollars left."

As soon as I finished speaking, my boyfriend Ryan turned his head suddenly.

His face turned pale in an instant.

His mouth was slightly open, as if he was recognizing me for the first time.

Scarlett burst out laughing as if she had heard a huge joke.

Then he immediately covered his mouth and gasped exaggeratedly.

"Hey, one hundred thousand, only three hundred left?"

"Rose, you are really good with your money."

She drew out her voice in a sarcastic tone, her eyes scanning the campers' faces one by one.

"I heard that your family conditions are not very good, and you have many brothers and sisters..."

"Isn't this money used to help the poor?"

As soon as these words came out, the surroundings immediately buzzed.

The looks of those campers who had just been chatting and laughing with me changed.

Look at me like a thief.
