No More Love, No More HateChapter 1
Luna used the inheritance her mother left her to make a deal with her father, just so she could finally marry Morgan.
After the wedding, their love only grew stronger. The only thing missing from their happiness was a child.
Then, after losing two babies by accident, Luna once again started to feel pregnancy symptoms. Excited, she went to the hospital right away, but the doctor told her it was just a digestive problem.
Feeling disappointed and unsure how to tell Morgan, she went home, only to overhear him talking with his half-sister, the same woman who used to bully him, about how they planned to trick her.
“Don’t worry, I already arranged everything. The hospital will say she’s not pregnant. Just like before, I’ll ask the doctor to find an excuse for surgery and make her lose this baby, too.”
“My child can only be born from your womb.”
Hearing those words from inside the room, Luna froze at the door. It felt like all the blood in her body turned cold. She instinctively covered her belly, her heart aching with disbelief.
So, she really was pregnant, but Morgan just didn’t want her to have the baby.
She couldn’t understand at all. He knew better than anyone how much she wanted a child.
Before she could process it all, a woman’s voice came from inside.
“Morgan, you’re so cruel. Aren’t you afraid Luna will find out everything and lose her mind?”
The moment Luna heard that voice, her whole body went stiff. She could never forget it. It was Violet Sanford, her half-sister.
So, her husband was having an affair with her… and the two had a child together. How ridiculous.
Her husband used to hate Violet so much that he wanted her gone. Yet after just a few years, he had fallen in love with her. What a joke.
When Morgan didn’t respond, Violet laughed and leaned closer to him. “What’s wrong? Regretting your decision to be with me now?”
“Too bad, it’s too late. Our son, Ian, is already growing up. You’ll never escape from me.”
Morgan suddenly pushed her away and grabbed her by the neck. “Don’t cross the line, Violet. I’ll make sure Ian becomes part of the Elwood family, but you’ll only ever be my mistress. The title of Mrs. Elwood will always belong to Luna.”
“If it weren’t for her saving me and taking care of me back then, I would’ve been killed by your so-called friends. I owe her and I can never repay that debt.”
